疲劳监测技术在智慧矿山安全管理中的应用

智慧矿山建设进程的推进,矿山安全生产面临疲劳状态积累导致事故风险增加的挑战,而传统方法难以实现对矿工疲劳变化过程的实时监测,为实现疲劳管理保障矿山安全生产,本文采用配置脑电、心电等传感器收集矿工作业生理参数并输入预设算法模型计算疲劳水平的疲劳监测技术对矿工进行持续监测,当监测结果超过预警阈值系统会自动发出警报提醒矿工注意休息,大量数据还可用于确定合理的作业强度标准,实现了对矿工疲劳全过程的动态监测,使疲劳管理更加准确智能化,表明疲劳监测技术的应用可以降低疲劳导致的安全事故概率,是实现智慧矿山安全管理的重要手段之一.
The Application of Fatigue Monitoring Technology in Safety Management of Smart Mines
With the advance of smart mine construction,mine safety production faces the challenge of increasing accident risk due to accumulation of fatigue states,while it is difficult for traditional methods to realize real-time monitoring of the fatigue change process of miners.In order to realize fatigue management and ensure mine safety production,this paper adopts EEG,ECG and other sensors to collect miners'physiological parameters and input the preset algorithm model to calculate fatigue level When the monitoring results exceed the warning threshold,the system will automatically issue an alarm to remind miners to pay attention to rest.A large amount of data can also be used to determine a reasonable work intensity standard,which realizes the dynamic monitoring of the whole process of miners'fatigue and makes fatigue management more accurate and intelligent,indicating that the application of fatigue monitoring technology can reduce the probability of safety accidents caused by fatigue It is one of the important means to realize intelligent mine safety management.
