摘要
社会经济的发展离不开自然资源的开采和使用,要想加强资源的合理利用,就需要从地质灾害防治和地质环境保护两个角度进行分析,使资源利用能够兼具经济效益和社会效益以及环境效益,降低开采过程中对自然环境的破坏程度,防止地质灾害给人民群众带来的生命和财产损失.基于此,本文着重研究了地质灾害防治与地质环境保护的具体策略,立足于科学发展观念和环境的可持续发展理念,综合考虑灾害成因,对开采模式进行创新,使生态环境得到保护.
Abstract
The development of social economy cannot be separated from the extraction and use of natural resources.To strengthen the rational utilization of resources,it is necessary to analyze from the perspectives of geological disaster prevention and geological environment protection,so that resource utilization can have both economic and social benefits as well as environmental benefits,reduce the degree of damage to the natural environment during the mining process,and prevent geological disasters from causing life and property losses to the people.Based on this,this article focuses on studying specific strategies for geological disaster prevention and geological environment protection,based on the concept of scientific development and sustainable development of the environment,comprehensively considering the causes of disasters,innovating mining models,and protecting the ecological environment.
