摘要

为了降低矿石的大块率和贫化率,通过正交试验,利用极差分析方式,研究孔深、边孔角、扇形孔排面倾角三个水平因素对矿石的大块率和贫化率试验指标的影响.经实践证明利用正交试验对爆破参数进行优化,有效改善了地下爆破效果,提高了生产效率,对于大块率和贫化率指标,扇形孔排面倾角是影响最显著的因素.以某金属矿为例,通过优化最终得到最优爆破参数为孔深16m,边孔角55°,扇形孔排面倾角90°,对地下矿山进一步控制大块率和贫化率具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

In the cause ofdecrease the bulk rate and dilution rate of ore,the influence of three horizontal factors of hole depth,side hole angle and fan-shaped hole row inclination angle on the bulk rate and dilution rate of ore was studied by orthogonal test and range analysis.Practice has proved that the orthogonal test is used to optimize the blasting parameters,which effectively improves the underground blasting effect and improves the production efficiency.For the bulk rate and dilution rate index,the inclination angle of the fan-shaped hole row surface is the most significant factor.Taking an iron mine as an example,the optimal blasting parameters are obtained by optimization.The hole depth is 16m,the side hole angle is 55°,and the inclination angle of the fan-shaped hole row is 90°.It has certain reference significance for further controlling the block rate and dilution rate of underground mines.
