Characteristics and Genetic Analysis of Kongquegou No.2 Gold Deposit in Turpan City,Xinjiang
The deposit is located on the northern edge of the Tarim Block,in the eastern section of the Late Paleozoic fold belt of the South Tianshan Mountains.A total of 5 gold ore bodies have been delineated in the mining area,which are generally in a vein shape.The main ore body is the L1 gold ore body.The ore body is distributed in parallel in space,inclined towards the southwest,with an inclination angle between 59°~88 °.The natural types of ore are quartz vein type and altered rock type,which are intertwined to form a mixed type ore.The genesis of the deposit belongs to the quartz vein type gold deposit.
