钛金属因其具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,在航空航天、能源、核工业等领域应用广泛,但钛金属具有的高硬度和高弹性模量特性,使其在加工和使用过程中容易产生裂纹等缺陷,降低其使用寿命.近年来,表面处理技术在钛金属应用中受到广泛关注,通过表面改性能够改善钛金属的表面性能,提高钛金属的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性及抗疲劳性能,从而延长其使用寿命.本文概述了目前钛金属的表面处理技术,总结了常见的表面处理方法对材料性能的影响.
Research on Surface Treatment Technology of Titanium Metal and Its Impact on Material Properties
Titanium metal is widely used in aerospace,energy,nuclear industry and other fields due to its excellent corrosion resistance.However,its high hardness and high elastic modulus make it prone to defects such as cracks during processing and use,reducing its service life.In recent years,surface treatment technology has received widespread attention in the application of titanium metal.Surface modification can improve the surface properties of titanium metal,enhance its corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and fatigue resistance,thereby extending its service life.This article provides an overview of the current surface treatment techniques for titanium metal and summarizes the impact of common surface treatment methods on material properties.
