高镉硫酸钴电积前液深度净化除隔与电积试验研究

本文主要研究了高镉硫酸钴电积前液用硫化钡深度除镉与电积实验的研究,结果表明:用硫化钡对硫酸钴溶液进行除镉,在实验条件为:常温,使用硫化钡量为Cd的200倍,反应4h的条件下,除镉后液镉含量达到了电钴阴极液的要求,且Co的回收率为99.81%,较为理想,硫酸钴电积前液使用硫化钡除镉效果较佳,成本较低,方法可行.利用除镉后液电积得到的钴板镉含量符合牌号Co9995的要求,且实验通过优化后解决了传统钴电积始极片阴极及硫酸体系电钴钛基铅金属氧化涂层阳极板应用的问题.
Experimental Study on Deep Purification and Separation of High Cadmium Cobalt Sulfate Pre electrodeposition Liquid and Electrodeposition
This article mainly studies the deep removal of cadmium from high cadmium cobalt sulfate electroplating solution using barium sulfide and electrowinning experiments.The results show that under experimental conditions of room temperature,200 times the amount of Cd using barium sulfide,and 4 hours of reaction,the cadmium content in the solution after cadmium removal meets the requirements of cobalt cathode solution,and the recovery rate of Co is 99.81%,which is relatively ideal,The use of barium sulfide in the pre electroplating solution of cobalt sulfate for cadmium removal is more effective,cost-effective,and feasible.The cadmium content in the cobalt plate obtained by liquid electrodeposition after cadmium removal meets the requirements of the grade Co9995,and the problem of traditional cobalt electrodeposition cathode and sulfuric acid system cobalt titanium based lead metal oxide coating anode plate application has been solved through optimization in the experiment.
