Exploring the geological characteristics, genesis, and mineralization model of the Heilongtan gold deposit in Suixian County,Hubei Province
The Heilongtan gold deposit is an important gold deposit discovered in Suixian County,Hubei Province. Its mineralization types are mainly altered rock type and quartz vein type, among which the altered rock type in the fractured zone can be divided into early and late stages.Through research,it has been found that early mineralization of altered rock types in fractured zones was mainly formed during the Indosinian period, and the material source of mineralization was provided by metamorphic strata. At the same time, quartz vein type mineralization was formed during the Yanshan period, with the main source of ore-forming materials being magmatic rocks. The fractured zone altered rock type mineralization formed in the late stage is formed by superimposing the above two mineralization periods. It is not difficult to see from these that the mineralization of the mine was formed by superimposing the three different periods of mineralization mentioned above. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the geological characteristics, genesis, and mineralization model of the Heilongtan gold deposit,in order to provide some reference and guidance for the exploration of similar deposits.
