本文结合湿法炼锌系统的生产实际,针对湿法炼锌过程净化渣中有价金属元素未得到及时有效的利用,开发出一种成本低、环保、高效的锌冶炼净化渣综合回收新工艺,综合回收净化渣中Zn、Cd、Cu、Co等有价元素,实现资源综合回收.
Research on the Comprehensive Utilization Process of Purification Residue Resources
Based on the production practice of the zinc hydrometallurgy system,this article develops a low-cost,environmentally friendly,and efficient comprehensive recovery process for zinc smelting purification slag to address the lack of timely and effective utilization of valuable metal elements in the purification slag during the zinc hydrometallurgy process.This process comprehensively recovers valuable elements such as Zn,Cd,Cu,Co,and achieves comprehensive resource recovery.
