摘要
高温储热技术有一定的应用场景,但相较于中低温储热技术空白较多,有着较大的研究潜力.其中,具有高熔点、高相变潜热、高热导率的优异热学性能以及良好的力学性能的铝基金属作为相变储热材料是当前高温储热行业的热点研究对象,但也存在高温腐蚀性强的问题,尚未实现大规模应用.因此,对铝基金属相变材料的研究现况进行总结非常必要.本文对近5年相关文献进行探讨,概述了铝基金属作为相变材料的性能,包括微胶囊法、混合烧结法的主流制备方法,以及材料的应用的设计和数值模拟等三个方面的研究进展,对铝基金属相变材料的未来研究方向作出了展望,为铝基金属作为相变材料在储热技术上的应用提供参考.
Abstract
High-temperature thermal energy storage technology has certain application scenarios,but there are more gaps compared to middle and low temperature thermal energy storage technology,which has greater research potential.Aluminum-based metals as phase change materials with high melting point,high latent heat of phase change,and high thermal conductivity,have been a focus of high-temperature thermal energy storage,but there is also the problem of high-temperature corrosiveness,which has not yet achieved large-scale applications.Therefore,it is highly necessary to summarize the current research status of Al-based metal phase change materials.In this thesis,an overview of the research progress on the performance of aluminum-based metal as phase change materials,the mainstream preparation methods including microencapsulation,hybrid sintering and macroscopic encapsulation,and the design and numerical simulation of material applications,etc.,have been provided with an exploration of the relevant literature over the last five years,and gives an outlook on the future research direction of Al-based metal phase change materials,which can provide references for the application of Al-based metal as phase change materials thermal energy storage technology.
