摘要

在铜电解过程中,不锈钢永久阴极板的导电棒会出现大量变形情况,需要修复、更换的导电棒也不断的增加.通过制定导电棒校直修复工艺,并对导电棒受力分析,研发专用设备对变形的导电棒进行校直修复.提高电流效率,改善电解铜的产品质量,提升产品的市场竞争力,减轻操作维护人员的劳动强度,降低公司的生产运营成本.

Abstract

In the process of copper electrolysis,there is a large number of conductive rods of the stainless steel permanent cathode plate have been deformed and many need to repair and replace.The straightening and repairing process was formulated and the force analysis for conductive rods.The specialized equipment was developed for straightening and repairing deformed conductive rods.The current efficiency,the quality of electrolytic copper products,and the market competitiveness were improved.The labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel and the company's production and operation costs were reduced.
