本文通过电子探针技术的重要性及原理进行分析,总结了电子探针技术的优点与缺点,最后对其在地质上的应用进行叙述,强化电子探针应用的理论体系.
Abstract
This article analyzes the importance and principles of electron probe technology,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,and finally describes its application in geology,strengthening the theoretical system of electron probe application.
