侧吹炉在处理砷锑烟灰是一个新兴技术运用,在能耗指标、产品质量指标、环保要求以及操作强度方面有着巨大的优势,本文针对某铅冶炼厂稀贵系统锑侧吹炉烟尘率高,砷锑烟灰入炉率差的问题,结合烟灰的性质,研究烟灰制粒成型的三种方法,结合生产实践参数对比,烟灰压滤成块后入炉方式较优,侧吹炉烟尘率从18%下降到12%,解决了锑侧吹炉生产难题.

The side-blowing furnace is an emerging technology application in the treatment of arsenic and antimony soot.Its energy consumption indicators,product quality indicators,environmental protection requirements and operational strength have huge advantages.This article is aimed at a lead smelter's rare system antimony side-blowing furnace dust The problem of high rate of arsenic and antimony soot into the furnace,combined with the properties of soot,the three methods of soot granulation and molding are studied,combined with the comparison of production practice parameters,the method of soot pressing and filtering into the furnace is better,and the soot rate is from 18%Dropped to 12%,solving the production problem.
