Analysis of rock fragmentation in open-pit mine blasting based on response surface methodology
The rock fragmentation of open-pit mine production blasting is an important indicator of mine production and has a significant impact on mine production.In order to accurately predict the rock fragmentation of mining production blasting,the impact indicators of rock mass quality,borehole spacing,borehole spacing,and explosive consumption on rock fragmentation were statistically analyzed.A response surface test plan was constructed,including the above indicators.Based on the experimental results,single factor and multi factor interaction analysis were conducted on the fragmentation index factors of ore rock blasting.The Design Expert software was used to solve the target value of rock fragmentation in mining blasting,in order to seek the blasting structural parameters with the minimum explosive consumption per unit.Example proof:The response surface method can conduct in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the fragmentation of open-pit mine rock blasting,and its target solution scheme for rock blasting fragmentation can also be used to optimize blasting parameters,obtaining the blasting parameter scheme with the lowest explosive consumption and the most economical.
