WC基硬质合金涂层硬度偏差来源分析

采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)法在17-4PH马氏体基体上制备WC-12Ni涂层并使用数字显微硬度计对涂层与基体合金的显微维氏硬度进行测定.采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对涂层组织结构进行表征.对获得硬度分别用5点、10点、15点、20点、25点、30点、40点、50点数据计算平均硬度并采用相对偏差、极差、平均偏差和相对标准偏差进行偏差分析.通过涂层与基体的硬度与偏差对比,获得偏差与硬度压痕测试个数的关系,最后结合涂层不均匀结构因素,总结涂层维氏硬度的测试偏差来源.
Source analysis of hardness deviation of WC-based cemented carbide coating
WC-12Ni coating was prepared on 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel substrate by high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF)spraying,and the micro-Vickers hardness of the coating and substrate steel was measured by digital micro-hardness tester.The microstructure of the coating was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).The average hardness of the obtained hardness was calculated with 5,10,15,20,25,30,40 and 50 indentation data,and the relative deviation,range,average deviation and relative standard deviation were used for deviation analysis.By comparing the hardness and deviation of the coating and the substrate,the relationship between the deviation and the number of hardness indentation tests is obtained.Finally,combined with the uneven structural factors of the coating,the source of the test deviation of the coating Vickers hardness is summarized.
