Melting process and microstructure characteristics analysis of magnesium aluminum alloy
Magnesium aluminum alloys are widely used in the aviation, automotive, and electronics industries due to their low density, high strength, good casting performance, and corrosion resistance. This study analyzed the microstructure changes of magnesium aluminum alloys under different melting conditions through experiments, and explored the interaction between magnesium and aluminum in the alloy and its impact on material properties. The research results show that the melting temperature and the type of protective gas have a significant impact on the microstructure of magnesium aluminum alloy.Appropriate process parameters can significantly refine the grain size and improve the mechanical properties of the alloy.
