摘要
目前,国内矿山所使用的锚杆多为胀管式锚杆.传统的胀管式金属锚杆制作工艺在生产过程中噪音大、粉尘重、工作效率低下,其中多个环节必须有工人手工操作,或者辅助操作才能完成,严重影响了生产进度,同时在生产过程中易带来安全隐患.为此我们研制了一套胀管式金属锚杆机械化生产线,经投产使用后取得了明显的经济和社会效益.
Abstract
Currently,the anchor rods used in domestic mines are mostly expansion tube anchor rods.The traditional production process of expandable metal anchor rods is noisy,dusty,and inefficient.Many of these processes require manual or auxiliary operations by workers,which seriously affects the production progress and can easily bring safety hazards during the production process.We have developed a mechanized production line for expanded tube metal anchor rods,which has achieved significant economic and social benefits after being put into operation.
