矿井机电设备是矿山生产中不可或缺的关键设备,其正常运行对于矿山的安全生产和高效运行至关重要.然而,由于矿井环境的特殊性和机电设备的复杂性,设备故障和事故频繁发生,给矿山运营带来了严重的安全隐患和经济损失.本文探究了基于物联网的矿井机电设备状态监测的关键技术,包括传感器技术、数据采集与传输技术、数据存储与管理系统技术以及状态监测与分析算法技术,可实现对设备状态的连续、全面、实时的监测,提高矿山的安全性、效率和可持续发展能力.
Exploration of Key Technologies for Monitoring the Status of Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Based on the Internet of Things
Mine electromechanical equipment is an indispensable key equipment in mining production,and its normal operation is crucial for the safety and efficient operation of the mine.However,due to the particularity of the mining environment and the complexity of mechanical and electrical equipment,equipment failures and accidents occur frequently,bringing serious safety hazards and economic losses to mining operations.This article explores the key technologies for monitoring the status of mining electromechanical equipment based on the Internet of Things,including sensor technology,data acquisition and transmission technology,data storage and management system technology,and status monitoring and analysis algorithm technology.It can achieve continuous,comprehensive,and real-time monitoring of equipment status,improve the safety,efficiency,and sustainable development ability of mines.
