摘要

在电气自动化控制技术的支持下,选矿企业不仅能够有效节省人力、物力和财力,还能够有效增强其工作稳定性和可靠性,实现节能减耗和高质量高效率工作的协调发展,进而从激烈的产业竞争中脱颖而出.本文首先对选矿新工艺进行了概述,之后分析了选矿电气自动化控制技术的特点以及选矿新工艺和自动化控制中存在的问题,最后详细阐述了选矿自动化控制技术的措施.

Abstract

With the support of electrical automation control technology,mineral processing enterprises can not only effectively save manpower,material and financial resources,but also effectively enhance their work stability and reliability,and achieve the coordinated development of energy saving,consumption reduction and high-quality and efficient work.and then stand out from the fierce industrial competition.This paper first summarizes the new mineral processing technology,then analyzes the characteristics of the mineral processing electrical automatic control technology and the problems existing in the new mineral processing technology and automatic control,and finally expounds the measures of mineral processing automatic control technology in detail.
