Analysis of the geological conditions for gold mineralization in the Panjiaba area of Ningqiang County,Shaanxi Province
The Panjiaba area is located at the junction of the Kekexili Bayankala Mesozoic Orogenic Belt, the Motianling Block, the Bikou Structural Wedge, and the Longmen Mountain Yangpingguan Early Paleozoic Rift Valley. It belongs to the western section of the Motianling Caledonian Fold Belt's Wenxian Mianxian Fold Bundle, with well-developed folds, fractures, and joints. The working area is mainly composed of the basic volcanic rock group(Pt2-3bk2)in the second subgroup of the Bikou Rock Group. The abundance of Au and other elements in this stratum is 1.3-3.2 times higher than that in the crust. At the same time, the intrusion of the rock mass provides a heat source for the formation and migration of ore-forming fluids, thus providing favorable ore-forming conditions.
