Distribution of Ore Particle Size and Quality Change of Kejia Bauxite Mine in Longzhou County,Guangxi
The article introduces the distribution pattern of ore particle size and its quality variations in the Kejia bauxite mine.It points out that the distribution of ore particle size in the mining area is closely related to the distance from the karst depressions, valleys,or gentle slopes to the primary bauxite deposits.Generally,it is controlled by both the primary bauxite deposits and the karst landform development process. The ore particles vary in size and are mostly angular or sub-angular.The quality of ore varies among different particle sizes, with larger ore particles generally having higher grades, indicating a positive correlation between ore grade and particle size.
