Basic Analysis on Improving the Flotation Separation Efficiency of Fine Mineral Particles by Cluster Flocculation
Mainly targeting fine-grained minerals as the research object, the study is based on the aggregation flocculation and flotation separation of PEO in the state of polyethylene oxide.By conducting corresponding experiments, explore the aggregation strengthening reactions of fine-grained minerals in the flotation process.By studying the aggregation enhancement performance during the flotation process of fine-grained minerals,it was found that the combined use of PEO with a molecular weight of 1 million and KEX can enhance the flotation recovery of fine-grained minerals in mixed minerals, thereby achieving high flotation separation efficiency. And two different dosing sequences were studied, and it was found that in practice, the dosing sequence of"KEX+PEO"has a better flocculation effect compared to"PEO+KEX",which is conducive to flotation of minerals. Therefore,it further proves that the flotation separation efficiency of fine-grained minerals can be improved through aggregation flocculation.
