摘要
常规矿山电气设备变频控制方法直接对运行数据进行计算,造成常规方法耗电量相对较高.提出基于PLC的矿山电气设备变频控制方法.利用编程和逻辑控制的扫描技术对矿山电气设备运行数据进行采集,通过采集数据计算电流扰动量,实现设备变频信号建模,将建立模型导入到PLC自动控制器中,通过计算实现电气设备变频控制.设计对比实验,实验结果证明该方法在对节能性的提升方面有显著效果.将PLC技术用于电气设备变频控制中,能够提升电气设备的节能性.
Abstract
The conventional frequency conversion control method for mining electrical equipment directly calculates operating data,resulting in relatively high power consumption using conventional methods.Propose a frequency conversion control method for mining electrical equipment based on PLC.Using programming and logic control scanning technology to collect operational data of mining electrical equipment,calculate current disturbance through data collection,achieve equipment frequency conversion signal modeling,import the established model into the PLC automatic controller,and achieve frequency conversion control of electrical equipment through calculation.Design comparative experiments,and the experimental results demonstrate that this method has significant effects on improving energy efficiency.The application of PLC technology in variable frequency control of electrical equipment can improve its energy-saving performance.
