Effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and deep flushing performance of H70 thick belt
In order to study the influence of heat treatment process on the tissue and deep flushing performance of H70 thick belt,different heat treatment process experiments were carried out,and the microscopic organization and performance of copper strip were analyzed by metallophase microscope and universal test machine.The results show that the grain size,mechanical properties and deep flushing properties of H70 thick band were annealed for 6h in the range of 460℃~580℃.With the increase of annealing temperature,the grain size of H70 thick band gradually increases,the tensile strength gradually decreases,the extension steadily increases first,and the deep flushing performance is first improved and then gradually deteriorated.When the annealing temperature is within 500℃~550℃for 6h,the grain size is between 45 μ m and 85 μ m,the grain size is uniform,and the H70 thick band shows good deep flushing performance.It can be seen that for the H70 thick band to achieve good deep flushing performance,the annealing temperature range and grain size range must be controlled.
