从碲渣中回收碲的工业试验研究

碲作为一种多用途的稀散金属,应用前景十分广泛,若能高效回收,将具有极大的经济效益.本文针对分银炉生产的碲渣,采用"碱性浸出-净化-中和沉碲"工艺,实现碲渣中碲的高效回收.在碱性浸出过程中,碱浓度、温度和浸出时间的影响进行了研究,并建立了优化浸出条件:30g/L的NaOH浓度,70℃的温度和2h的浸出时间.在这些条件下,Te的浸出率达到84.94%.在净化过程后,净化后液中铅的浓度降低到25mg/L左右.最后,在反应终点pH值为5.5,反应温度为75℃,反应时间2h的条件下进行中和沉碲得到TeO2,沉碲率高达99.08%.因此,碲渣中碲的综合回收率达到84.16%,证明该工艺是一种简单、高效的碲回收工艺.
Industrial Experimental Study on Recovery of Tellurium from Tellurium Slag
Tellurium,as a kind of multi-purpose scattered metal,has a wide application prospect.It will have great economic benefits if it can be recovered efficiently.In the present study,the process of"alkaline leaching,purification and neutralization of tellurium"was used to recover tellurium efficiently from tellurium slag produced by silver separating furnace.In the alkaline leaching process,the effects of alkaline concentration,temperature,and leaching time were investigated,and the optimized leaching conditions were established:30g/L of NaOH concentration,70℃of temperature,2h of leaching time.Under these conditions,the leaching rate of Te reached 84.94%while the leaching rate of Pb was about 58.60%.After a purification process,the concentration of lead in the purified solution was reduced to 25 mg/L.Finally,TeO2 was obtained from the purified solution by the precipitation process under the conditions:final pH of 5.5,75℃of temperature,and 2h of time.The precipitation rate of Te was as high as 99.08%.Therefore,the comprehensive recovery rate of tellurium from tellurium slag was 84.16%,which proved that this process is a simple and efficient tellurium recovery process.
