针对河南地区氧化铝工厂产品普遍富锂的特点,对氧化铝流程中锂的来源和行为进行了研究,同时概括介绍了当前矿石及盐湖提取碳酸锂主要生产工艺,因拜耳法生产氧化铝及铝酸钠溶液的特殊性,矿石及盐湖提锂工艺均不能适用拜耳法流程提锂.经反复研究,提出采用氢氧化铝或氧化铝作为晶种添加到拜耳法精液中吸附(共沉淀)锂,产生的沉锂渣经酸浸及水热联合处理可以有效将拜耳法精液中锂分离出来.
Research and Progress of Lithium Extraction in Bayer Process
The source and behavior of lithium in alumina process were studied,and the main production process of extracting lithium carbonate from ore and salt lake was summarized.Due to the particularity of alumina production and sodium aluminate solution produced by Bayer process,the technology of extracting lithium from ore and salt lake could not be applied to lithium extraction by Bayer process.After repeated research,it is proposed that aluminum hydroxide or aluminum oxide as crystal seed is added to absorb(co-precipitation)lithium in semen of Bayer method,and the resulting precipitated lithium slag can be effectively separated from semen of Bayer method by acid leaching and hydrothermal treatment.
