Target area division and ore-forming prediction of the Zhunsolun Mandula polymetallic mineralization belt in central Inner Mongolia
The Zhunsuolun-Mandula metallogenic belt is located in the eastern segment of the Tianshan-Xing'an orogenic belt,at the junction of the North China and the Siberian Block.Within this belt, there are abundant ore deposits related to the Paleozoic stratigraphy, tectonics, and magmatic activities, including several occurrences of massive sulfide-type(VMS)and magmatic-hydrothermal copper polymetallic deposits. The regional metallogenic conditions are favorable.Based on the achievements of previous studies, this study integrates a comprehensive analysis of the scale of identified ore deposits(spots),and the anomalous features of geophysical-geochemical-remote sensing, and summarizes the geological background,ore-controlling factors, metallogenic regularities and prospecting indicators within the research area.It further delineates key exploration areas within the prospective mining zones of Hujierte and Benbatai, aiming to provide a reference for mineral exploration and prospecting activities within the research area.
