创新金融模式下生态保护修复路径探析

摘要
为解决生态保护修复中的现有问题,试从创新视角出发,梳理生态保护修复思路,阐述创新金融基本模式,探讨两者有机融合的可能性.生态保护修复工作中,以绿色生态保护修复理念为引领,融合金融工具,研究发现:生态保护修复存在法律法规不完善、技术推广应用水平较低、后续长效机制不健全等问题.基于创新金融模式下的生态保护修复视角,适时推进法律法规完善、前沿技术推广以及监察长效机制建立,以期实现经济和生态协调发展.
Abstract
In order to solve the existing problems in ecological protection and restoration,this article attempts to sort out the ideas for ecological protection and restoration from an innovative perspective,elaborate on the basic model of innovative finance,and explore the possibility of organic integration of the two.In the ecological protection and restoration work,guided by the concept of green ecological protection and restoration,and integrating financial tools,research has found that there are problems with incomplete laws and regulations,low level of technology promotion and application,and incomplete long-term mechanisms for ecological protection and restoration.Based on the perspective of ecological protection and restoration under the innovative financial model,timely promote the improvement of laws and regulations,the promotion of cutting-edge technologies,and the establishment of long-term monitoring mechanisms,in order to achieve coordinated economic and ecological development.
