本文探讨了境外EPC总承包企业在全过程成本管控方面的挑战与机遇.境外EPC项目具有投资规模大、周期长、技术要求高、合同条款复杂等特点,使得成本管控成为关键.文章强调了全过程成本管控的必要性、关键环节以及相应措施.并通过案例进行分析,再次说明了全过程成本管控的必要性并给出相关建议.这些建议将有助于企业在全球化竞争中保持竞争优势,实现可持续发展.
Abstract
This paper discusses the challenges and opportunities of overseas EPC general contracting enterprises in the whole process cost control.Overseas EPC projects have the characteristics of large investment scale,long cycle,high technical requirements,and complex contract terms,making cost control the key.The paper emphasizes the necessity,key links and corresponding measures of cost control in the whole process.And through the case analysis,the necessity of the whole process cost control is explained again and relevant suggestions are given.These suggestions will help enterprises maintain competitive advantages in the global competition and achieve sustainable development.
