超深超大断面立井井筒金属模板模块化设计加工工艺

近几十年来,金属模板(以下简称"钢模")的推广和发展是立井施工机械化程度提高的主要标志之一,笨重的木模已被经济、耐用的钢模所取代.随着立井向超深超大断面方向施工发展,井筒立模用钢模强度和脱模可靠性也随之迎来很大挑战.基于公司中标承建国内某金属矿山超深超大断面副井项目,我们探究出钢模模块化设计加工工艺并取得良好效果,较传统加工工艺工期由90天缩至60天,实现了井壁浇砼快速施工,工程质量优良.
Modular design and processing technology of metal templates for ultra deep and ultra large cross-section vertical shafts
In recent decades,the promotion and development of metal formwork(hereinafter referred to as"steel formwork")has been one of the main signs of the improvement in the mechanization level of shaft construction.The bulky wooden formwork has been replaced by economical and durable steel formwork.With the development of construction in the direction of ultra deep and ultra large sections of shafts,the strength and demoulding reliability of steel molds used for shaft formwork are also facing great challenges.Based on the company's winning bid for the construction of a domestic metal mine's ultra deep and ultra large section auxiliary shaft project,we have explored the modular design and processing technology of steel molds and achieved good results.Compared with traditional processing technology,the construction period has been reduced from 90 days to 60 days,achieving rapid construction of shaft wall pouring concrete and excellent engineering quality.
