Optimization of Heat Treatment Process and Performance Improvement of Magnesium Aluminum Alloy
In recent years,with the rapid growth of demand for lightweight materials in the fields of aviation,automotive,and consumer electronics,magnesium aluminum alloys have become a research hotspot due to their low density and good mechanical properties.However,its application is limited by the strength,plasticity,and corrosion resistance of the alloy.Therefore,this study aims to improve the comprehensive performance of magnesium aluminum alloys by optimizing the heat treatment process.This article delves into the microstructural changes of alloys after heat treatment,and how these changes affect the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of alloys,providing scientific basis and technical support for industrial applications.
