锌电积使用阳极板探讨

摘要
通过介绍湿法炼锌工业化以来阳极材料研究状况、对比铅及铅合金、钛基涂层、铝基栅栏型、复合二氧化铅等几种阳极在锌电积过程中的行为和优缺点,指出了铅银合金阳极能被大规模广泛应用的原因,最后对锌电积用阳极的研究作出展望.
Abstract
By introducing the research status of anode materials since the industrialization of zinc hydrometallurgy,comparing the behavior and advantages and disadvantages of several anodes such as lead and lead alloys,titanium based coatings,aluminum based barrier type,and composite lead dioxide in the zinc electrowinning process,the reasons why lead silver alloy anodes can be widely used on a large scale are pointed out.Finally,prospects for the research of anodes for zinc electrowinning are made.
