安全系统工程在矿山安全管理中的有效运用探究

摘要
在矿山安全管理过程中,相关单位需要对安全系统工程进行灵活高效开发和打造,对系统中的各模块、各功能结构进行优化革新,提高系统的综合运营水平和效率.本文对安全系统工程以及矿山安全管理内容进行简要阐述,提出安全系统工程在矿山安全管理中的应用策略,分别从风险管理与评估、设备和工艺设计、应急响应计划的编制层面进行简要论述;并且提出安全系统工程在矿山安全管理中的技术措施,从智能化技术、通信技术、安全防护技术三个层面进行简要探讨.
Abstract
In the process of mine safety management,relevant units need to flexibly and efficiently develop and build safety system engineering,optimize and innovate various modules and functional structures in the system,and improve the comprehensive operation level and efficiency of the system.This article briefly elaborates on the content of safety system engineering and mine safety management,proposes the application strategies of safety system engineering in mine safety management,and briefly discusses the aspects of risk management and evaluation,equipment and process design,and emergency response plan preparation;And propose technical measures for safety system engineering in mine safety management,briefly exploring from three levels:intelligent technology,communication technology,and safety protection technology.
