我国的钒钛磁铁矿资源丰富、矿物分布复杂.使用传统的磁选方法很难达到钒钛磁铁矿的高效率回收.和磁选方法相比,浮选方法在细粒物料的提取上表现出较高的优越性,能够显著提升钒钛磁铁矿的回收效果.为了推广钒钛磁铁矿的浮选技术,我们对钒钛磁铁矿浮选药剂的研究进度进行了全面的梳理,特别是钛捕收剂以及其作用机理的研究成果方面.详细叙述了在研究和生产实践中常用的脂肪酸类、羟肟酸类、膦酸类、胂酸类等钛捕收剂.
Research progress of titanium collectors
China is rich in vanadium titanium magnetite resources and the mineral distribution is complex.It is difficult to achieve high-efficiency recovery of vanadium-titanium magnetite by traditional magnetic separation methods.Compared with the magnetic separation method,the flotation method shows higher superiority in the extraction of fine-grained materials,which can significantly improve the recovery effect of vanadium-titanium magnetite.In order to promote the flotation technology of vanadium-titanium magnetite,we have comprehensively reviewed the research progress of vanadium-titanium magnetite flotation reagents,especially the research results of titanium collectors and their mechanism of action.This paper describes in detail the titanium collectors commonly used in research and production practice,such as fatty acids,hydroxamic acids,phosphonic acids and arsonic acids.
