Evaluation of Remediation Effect and Safe Utilization of Heavy Metal Pollution in Soil Around Antimony Mine Areas
This article mainly focuses on the soil, crops, and water bodies in the remediation area of Dushan County's antimony mining area as research objects, analyzes soil heavy metals, and uses Nemero index method, land accumulation index method, and potential ecological hazard index method as research methods to discuss the ecological risks of Dushan County's antimony mining area. The content of soil heavy metals is compared with the screening and control values of agricultural land soil pollution risks, and a safety utilization study is conducted. The comprehensive sewage discharge standards are compared to obtain the degree of water sample pollution. The heavy metal content before remediation is reviewed to evaluate the remediation effect. The detection of heavy metal content indicates that the sampling areas are all contaminated with heavy metals, and three research methods indicate that the ecological risks in each sampling area are relatively high;A safety utilization study was conducted on the sampling area, and the research results showed that the risk of agricultural land around the antimony mining area is relatively low.It is recommended to plant beans and corn locally, and less leafy vegetables and tuberous crops.Compared with the comprehensive sewage discharge standards,it was found that the heavy metal content in the water sample exceeds the standard seriously, and irrigation is not recommended.Comparing the heavy metal content in the soil before and after restoration,it can be concluded that the restoration effect of this project is obvious, but the antimony content still exceeds the standard.Other restoration methods need to be used to restore antimony.
