铜陵有色姚家岭矿业公司2#探矿井施工-600m中段探矿巷道,由井筒掘砌转探矿平巷施工需要进行临时改绞措施,须采用吊桶和罐笼两套提升系统.井筒-600m中段增设稳罐钢梁和手动托罐器,地表凿井井架下方增设套立架.套立架安装过程中首次采用下行式安装工艺,较传统上行式安装工艺工期由25天缩至20天,实现了快速安装施工,工程质量优良.
Application of Downward Installation Technology for Shaft Drilling Derrick
In the construction of the exploration roadway in the middle section of the 6000m section of the 2#exploration well of Tongling Nonferrous Yaojialing Mining Company,temporary measures for changing the excavation and masonry of the shaft to the exploration level roadway need to be taken,and two sets of lifting systems,namely bucket and cage,must be used.Install a stabilizing steel beam and a manual tank support device in the middle section of the wellbore-600m,and install a sleeve stand below the surface drilling shaft frame.For the first time during the installation process of the scaffolding,the downward installation process was adopted,which reduced the construction period from 25 days to 20 days compared to the traditional upward installation process,achieving rapid installation construction and excellent engineering quality.
