Analysis of Slope Stability and Treatment Measures for a Mine Waste Dump
This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the stability of the slope in a certain mine's dumping site and proposed corresponding treatment strategies.Through geological exploration and investigation, engineering geological and hydrogeological data of the slope were collected.Using geotechnical mechanics and geotechnical testing methods,it was found that the slope mainly suffers from anti slip stability issues caused by insufficient soil strength. To this end, reinforcement measures such as graded anti-skid piles and slope protection were proposed,as well as setting up interception and drainage ditches at the top and surface of the slope to form a complete drainage system to enhance slope stability.Quantitative analysis and effectiveness evaluation indicate that these measures can significantly improve slope stability. The research results are of great significance for the safe operation of mining waste disposal sites and provide reference for similar projects.
