针对河南某企业富氧底吹熔炼炉处理复杂含铜金矿所产熔炼渣含铜的实际生产情况,结合工艺配置及工艺参数等方面着重分析影响富氧底吹熔炼炉渣含铜的主要因素,在入炉原料成分稳定的基础上结合影响渣含铜的主要因素采取措施降低渣含铜,使渣含铜从6.13%降低至3.05%.

s:In view of the actual production of copper in smelting slag produced by an oxygen-rich bottom-blowing smelting furnace in Henan Province to deal with complex copper-bearing gold mines,combined with process configuration and process parameters,the main factors affecting the copper content of oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing smelting slag were analyzed,and on the basis of the stable composition of raw materials in the furnace,combined with the main factors affecting the copper content of slag,measures were taken to reduce the copper content of slag,so that the copper content of slag was reduced from 6.13%to 3.05%.
