Research and Analysis on Factors Influencing Copper Molybdenum Separation
This study aims to explore the factors that affect the separation of copper and molybdenum,and conduct in-depth analysis of them.Firstly,the research team systematically investigated various factors that affect the separation efficiency of copper and molybdenum through experimental methods,including but not limited to ore properties,flotation reagents,stirring time,pH value,etc.Subsequently,different factors were analyzed and their specific impact patterns and mechanisms on the separation efficiency of copper and molybdenum were summarized.In terms of ore properties,differences in the impact of different ore components on separation efficiency were found;In terms of flotation reagents,the optimal combination scheme of flotation reagents was determined by comparing the effectiveness of different reagents;The correlation between stirring time and pH value with separation efficiency and the optimal operating range were revealed.Through this study,we have thoroughly analyzed the factors that affect the stability of the copper molybdenum separation process in copper molybdenum mines,reduced mutual content,and improved copper molybdenum recovery rate.This provides strong support for the optimization of copper molybdenum separation process in actual production,and also provides inspiration and reference for the separation research of similar ores.
