Introduced the energy-saving and carbon reduction path of a 500kA ultra large electrolytic cell,which adopts traditional energy-saving technology optimization measures such as electrolysis process energy-saving and public auxiliary electricity energy-saving;In terms of intelligent energy-saving technology,we have adopted the construction of aluminum electrolysis digital twin Internet platform,Big data furnace condition analysis system,and intelligent energy-saving control technologies such as"multi parameter"intelligent control system to maximize the potential of existing energy-saving technologies,comprehensively promote intelligent energy-saving work,improve energy efficiency,enhance system security,and achieve stable operation.Strive to achieve current efficiency of 94%or higher by 2025,with a DC power consumption of less than 12500kW·h/t-Al per ton of aluminum,and meet the requirements of the 2025 tiered standard electricity price of 13300kW·h.
