新型组合捕收剂从某尾矿中回收钛试验研究

钛捕收剂的研究是含钛矿石浮选技术发展的重要方向.通过承德某尾矿浮选试验、扫描电镜、能谱、XRD等测试,研究了新型捕收剂PMCTF、PMCTF与N-羟基苯甲酰胺组合捕收剂、PMCTF与N,2-二羟基苯甲酰胺组合捕收剂、PMCTF与油酸钠组合捕收剂对尾矿钛浮选的影响.pH值在5.5左右时,新型捕收剂对钛具有较好的捕收性能.尾矿与组合捕收剂均发生化学吸附和物理吸附,捕收效果良好.
Experimental study on the recovery of titanium from a tailings by a new combined collector
The research of titanium collector is an important direction for the development of flotation technology of titanium-containing ore.The effects of new collectors PMCTF,PMCTF combined with N-hydroxybenzamide collector,PMCTF combined with N,2-dihydroxybenzamide collector,PMCTF combined with sodium octanoate collector on the flotation of titanium tailings were studied by means of flotation test,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum and XRD of a tailings in Chengde.When the pH value is about 5.5,the new collector has better collecting performance for titanium.When both chemical adsorption and physical adsorption occur in tailings and combined collectors,the collection effect is good.
