摘要

黄金在现代社会中的各个领域充当着重要作用,而其在自然界中储量稀少,故金矿物的回收显得尤为重要.针对某金矿矿物进行浮选试验研究,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm80%左右,捕收剂采用异戊基黄药用量为90g/t、丁基铵黑药用量为25g/t,起泡剂采用2号油用量为30g/t,在此条件下进行浮选试验,得到精矿品位为53.65g/t,金回收率为96.74%的金精矿,尾矿金品位降至0.13g/t.

Abstract

Gold plays an important role in various fields of modern society,and its reserves are scarce in nature,so the recovery of gold minerals is particularly important.The flotation test of a gold mine was carried out.When the grinding fineness was about-0.074mm80%,the dosage of Isoamyl xanthate was 90g/t,the dosage of butylammonium black was 25g/t,and the dosage of No.2 oil was 30g/t.under these conditions,the flotation test was carried out,and the gold concentrate with concentrate grade of 53.65g/t and gold recovery of 96.74%was obtained,and the gold grade of tailings was reduced to 0.13g/t.
