Optimization process for re selection of sulfur concentrate in a complex polymetallic sulfide ore
Due to the serious metal loss in the desulphurization one-step tailing(sulfur concentrate)of a polymetallic lead-zinc ore sorting plant, the grade of the lead-zinc concentrate 2 produced by the desulphurization two-step process is low,and the mixing of the lead-zinc concentrate 1 produced by the separation reduces the grade of the total lead-zinc concentrate. In order to solve this problem and improve the grade of the mixed lead-zinc concentrate, the desulphurization one-step tailing and then flotation are adopted in the laboratory. In the second step of desulfurization, the dosage test of calcium oxide and copper sulfate was carried out to further optimize the coarse and sweeping separation process of the second step of desulfurization, and the scheme of transforming lead and zinc 2 into a live process(lead and zinc 2 directly enter the lead and zinc concentrate in the plateau ore,and return to the desulfurization one-step selection operation in the low raw ore),so as to reduce the grade of Cu,Pb and Zn in the sulfur concentrate, reduce metal losses, and improve the recovery rate.
