With the rapid development of information technology and exploration technology,the exploration of metal mineral resources is undergoing unprecedented changes.However,this area still faces multiple challenges such as decreasing resources and increasing pressure on environmental protection.Based on this,the paper comprehensively analyzes the basic principles,technical methods,data processing and analysis,mineral evaluation and prediction,risk management and decision support of metal mineral resources exploration,and carries out practical application analysis through case studies.The purpose of this paper is to improve the exploration efficiency,reduce the environmental impact and promote the sustainable development of mineral resources.This paper has important theoretical and practical significance to guide the future exploration of metal mineral resources.
