摘要

创新推动生态保护修复,融合自然恢复与人工修复,借助数字科学技术与智能监测,动态追踪环境变化,统筹兼顾经济、社会和生态价值,全面开展项目环境影响评估,协同跨界合作促进资源配置,创新项目资金模式,深化公众参与,提高生态保护修复可持续性与社会接受度.未来,推动生态保护修复,重点从工程技术创新、经济模型探索、社区治理强化、气候适应整合、补偿机制优化、智能监测应用、国际交流合作、政策法规完善、环保意识普及等领域展开研究,有序推进生态保护修复朝着智能化、综合化及可持续化方向发展.

Abstract

Promote ecological protection and restoration through innovation,integrate natural restoration and artificial restoration,dynamically track environmental changes with the help of digital science and technology and intelligent monitoring,take into account economic,social and ecological values,comprehensively carry out project environmental impact assessment,coordinate cross-border cooperation to promote resource allocation,innovate project funding models,deepen public participation,and improve the sustainability and social acceptance of ecological protection and restoration.In the future,we will promote ecological protection and restoration,focusing on engineering technology innovation,economic model exploration,community governance strengthening,climate adaptation and integration,compensation mechanism optimization,intelligent monitoring and application,international exchanges and cooperation,improvement of policies and regulations,and popularization of environmental protection awareness,so as to promote the development of ecological protection and restoration in an intelligent,comprehensive and sustainable direction in an orderly manner.
