The Application and Challenges of Integrated Die Casting Technology
Integrated die casting technology is a new type of metal processing technology that injects molten metal into pre prepared molds and solidifies to form integrated components.Compared with traditional die casting technology,it has more efficient and precise characteristics and has been widely used in industrial production.Integrated die casting technology has many advantages,such as high production efficiency,good surface quality,excellent mechanical properties,etc.,and is therefore widely used in fields such as automobiles,aerospace,electronics,energy,etc.However,integrated die casting technology also faces some challenges in its application process,such as material selection and performance requirements.In order to address these challenges,researchers and engineers have proposed many innovative solutions.This paper aims to explore the application and challenges of integrated die-casting technology,and propose solutions.Through case studies and theoretical analysis in related fields,it will provide useful reference and guidance for the further development and application of integrated die-casting technology.
