摘要
在冶金行业中,从事化学分析工作所涉及到的化学分析产品种类很多.对这些化学分析产品的科学应用,使其可以对冶金样品进行准确的分析,并有效降低分析过程中的污染.在冶金产品制造从矿藏勘探、开采、冶炼、成品制造等过程中,化学分析是一种重要的定性、半定量或定量的分析手段,也是重要的质量控制手段.如何对化学成分进行科学的测定,以达到提高分析效率、提高准确度、降低分析过程成本,一直是冶金化学分析行业研究的重要课题.本文就我国冶金行业中的化学分析产品和应用中存在的问题进行了探讨.
Abstract
In the metallurgical industry,there are many types of chemical analysis products involved in chemical analysis work.The scientific application of these chemical analysis products enables accurate analysis of metallurgical samples and effectively reduces pollution during the analysis process.Chemical analysis is an important qualitative,semi quantitative,or quantitative analytical method in the process of mineral exploration,mining,smelting,and finished product manufacturing in metallurgical product manufacturing.It is also an important quality control method.How to scientifically determine chemical components to improve analysis efficiency,accuracy,and reduce analysis process costs has always been an important research topic in the metallurgical chemical analysis industry.This article explores the problems in chemical analysis products and applications in China's metallurgical industry.
