摘要
本文介绍了某危险废物处置项目采用富氧侧吹炉处理含铜危废的工艺概况及侧吹炉结构,生产实践中出现的问题并进行了分析提出了解决措施.通过与传统火法工艺的应用比较,对富氧侧吹炉技术在处理含铜危险废物优劣势做了总结建议.
Abstract
This article introduces the process overview and structure of the oxygen enriched side blowing furnace used in a hazardous waste disposal project to treat copper containing hazardous waste.The problems encountered in production practice are analyzed and solutions are proposed.A summary and suggestion were made on the advantages and disadvantages of oxygen enriched side blowing furnace technology in treating copper containing hazardous waste through comparison with traditional pyrometallurgical processes.
