本研究旨在优化某铜钼选厂铜粗精矿再磨工艺,提高铜的回收率和品位.通过实验室测试和现场试验,探索了不同再磨介质、再磨时间、再磨环比等因素对铜浮选的影响,并找到了最佳的再磨工艺参数,为后续的铜钼选厂提供重要的技术参考.
Abstract
This study aims to optimize the regrinding process of a copper molybdenum concentrate in a copper molybdenum beneficiation plant,and improve the recovery rate and grade of copper.Through laboratory testing and on-site experiments,the effects of different regrinding media,regrinding time,regrinding ring ratio and other factors on copper flotation were explored,and the optimal regrinding process parameters were found,providing important technical references for subsequent copper molybdenum beneficiation plants.
