拜耳法种分条件对氢氧化铝粒度控制影响研究

摘要
为强化拜耳法种分粒度控制,本文开展了相关分解条件对氢氧化铝粒度控制影响研究.结果表明:运用库尔特颗粒计数器分析结果成核频数f3.55为特征参数,能够提前准确表征粒度细化趋势,指导相关分解条件调整;拜耳法种分主要分解条件:附聚温度、分解时间、分解中间降温速度、分解体系固液两相匹配度,对氢氧化铝粒度控制造成一定程度的影响.
Abstract
In order to enhance the granularity control of Bayer seed Aluminum hydroxide,the influence of decomposition conditions on the granularity control was studied in this paper.The results show that the nucleation frequency F3.55 is a characteristic parameter,which can be used to accurately characterize the grain size refinement trend and guide the adjustment of decomposition conditions The main decomposing conditions of Bayer method are agglomerating temperature,decomposing time,cooling rate during decomposing,solid-liquid two-phase matching of decomposing system,which affect the particle size control of Aluminum hydroxide to some extent.
