摘要
某矿山锌、铜、锡、铁、硫多金属选矿厂开展锡石选别工艺优化,在优先回收70%的铜金属,90%的锌金属,在除铁硫后,原矿含锡品位为0.21%,铜、锌、铁、硫中锡已经带走20%的前提下,锡指标提升5个百分点,经济效益显著.
Abstract
A zinc,copper,tin,iron,and sulfur polymetallic beneficiation plant in a certain mine has carried out optimization of cassiterite separation process.By prioritizing the recovery of 70%copper metal and 90%zinc metal,after removing iron and sulfur,the tin grade of the original ore is 0.21%.On the premise that 20%of tin in copper,zinc,iron,and sulfur has been taken away,the tin index has increased by 5 percentage points,and the economic benefits are significant.
